Phil and Sue Ambrose run a smallholding in the heart of Hampshire where they rear Traditional Breed Pigs. Using a secret family recipe handed down from Phil's grandfather, they make delicious award winning sausages using the finest pork meat, seasonal home grown vegetables and herbs all inside natural hog casings.
After getting involved in the 'Preserving the Hampshire Hog' project Ambrose sausages are now producing a range of salami, air dried meats and charcuterie in addition to their popular range of sausages.

Ambrose make the Hampshire Fare charcuterie champion salami 2015 ‘Hampshire Salami’, a range of slow fermented sausages, scotch eggs, faggots, black pudding, dry cured bacon & pancetta.
