Lime Wood Hotel
Head chef, Luke Holder and his team of chefs are passionate about producing charcuterie on site using their smoke house. Visitors to the hotel are able to visit the smoke house to see and smell the delights inside.
The skilled team make and serve a range of charcuterie including dry cured ham (Parma ham style), pancetta, chorizo, salami, bresaola, coppa and lavender cured loin of pork.
Their charcuterie is available at the bar in Hartnett Holder & Co.
